I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy and clean, but there was a hiccup with our reservation, and the service was lacking. The location was excellent, though, right in the heart of the city. The dining was decent, and the facilities were satisfactory.

Staying at this hotel in Queretaro, right in the historic zone steps away from all the action, was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with king beds available, but there was an issue with our guaranteed reservation where one of our rooms was not ready. The location in the Historic Center of the city was vibrant but noisy due to the pedestrian area late into the evening. The dining experience included classic fried fish but was not entirely satisfying. Overall, it was a decent stay with some areas needing improvement.
